1) Hombros:
Medir el ancho desde un hombro hasta el otro.

Make sure the tape measure fits snugly while measuring the thinnest part of the waist (above the navel and below the ribs).

4) Hip:
Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.

5) Sleeve:
Measure from the top of the shoulder to the thinnest part of the wrist.

6) Legs:
To find the length of your leg, measure from the waist (not hips) to the ground (sole of the foot).
