1) Hombros:
Medir el ancho desde un hombro hasta el otro.

2) Pecho:
Con los brazos relajados a los lados, mide alrededor de la parte más ancha de tu pecho.

3) Cintura:
Asegúrate de que la cinta métrica se ajusta cómodamente mientras mides la parte más delgada de la cintura (por encima del ombligo y por debajo de las costillas).

4) Cadera:
Párate con los pies juntos y mide alrededor de la parte más ancha de tus caderas.

5) Manga:
Mide desde la parte superior del hombro hasta la parte más delgada de la muñeca.

6) Piernas:
Para saber el largo de tu pierna, mide desde la cintura (no cadera) hasta el suelo (planta del pie).

5) Sleeve:
Measure from the top of the shoulder to the thinnest part of the wrist.

6) Legs:
To find the length of your leg, measure from the waist (not hips) to the ground (sole of the foot).
