Prior to the return of an order or part of it, you must indicate your intention through the following email address contact@javierbarriocouture.com. The deadline to request a refund will be 2 days from the receipt of the order. In this e-mail you must indicate the order number, as well as the reason for the return. Once your request has been received and within 3 days of receiving it, we will contact you. Through e-mail indicating the steps to follow.

The returned product must be in identical delivery conditions, keeping the garment label, any document, such as instructions, characteristics or any other documentation received therein. The return must be made in the same packaging that was sent. The proof of the purchase made, delivery notes and a copy of the e-mail with the reasons for the return must be included in the shipment.

Returns cannot be made when the purchased item has been made to measure, our logistics service makes a verification once it receives the returned items. Exchanges of some items for different ones will not be accepted, without the return having previously been made through the return process described above.

Once we have the product in our facilities reviewed and labeled, we will proceed to return the amount of the product provided that it is all correctly as it has first arrived at the buyer’s destination.
